Consultation and re-design for residential real estate listings. I work with your clients, room by room, to prepare their home for maximum listing value with an emphasis on curb appeal, wall décor, decluttering and de-personalizing, styling and arranging furniture and décor for wide-angle listing photos, and navigating detailed pre-photoshoot preparations.

In these strange times, we’re spending more time at home than ever before, so finding ourselves in spaces that we truly love and offer a retreat from the chaos can be life-changing. Virtual decorating and styling allows me to join with you, no matter the distance, in creating a vision and plan for your home.
VIRTUAL STYLING PRICES
Tier 1 —For clients in need of vision and inspiration for their space. We’ll define your style, budget, functional needs and goals through a style survey and some photos of your space. Then I’ll craft a vision board that you can use as inspiration and direction to find and purchase pieces on your own timeline. — Starting at $100 Per Room
Tier 2— For clients who are ready to decorate and finish a space, but don’t have the time or ability to search for the perfect pieces. We’ll define your style, budget, functional needs and goals through a style survey and some photos of your space. Then I’ll craft a vision board and a list of shoppable product links that I have hand-selected for your space. This package includes soft textile items (rugs, pillows, throws, curtains, bedding, etc.), lighting, wall décor (art, mirrors, wallpaper), decorative accents and plants. —Starting at $300 Per Room
*For larger-scale projects including furniture selection, assistance with room layout and dimension-dependent design, an additional fee will be factored into the bid
In-Person Styling/Decorating
For local clients desiring hands-on styling and design options. Based on the space and client’s goals, I offer consultations, assistance in furniture and décor selection, room styling and implementation. Contact for further details and pricing.
