About

Born and raised in Colorado, Katie was lucky to grow up in a family that fostered her many “creative passions”. From singing and playing multiple musical instruments with her dad, to sewing her own clothes and bedroom curtains with her mom, Katie quickly found a deep love for the aesthetically pleasing things in life. After spending 5 years working and living in South America and southern Africa, Katie returned to her home town of Fort Collins, CO, armed with an increased passion and appreciation for the culture, architecture and design of some of the world's most stunning places.

While spending the majority of the last 10 years at home raising three beautiful children, she came to realize the deep connection between a holistically satisfying life and a beautifully designed space in which to spend it. Her passion has since extended into the design and remodeling of her last 2 "fixer-upper" homes, as well as consulting and decorating spaces for many clients, both locally and remotely. She is now bringing another element of creative design into her work as a property stylist in the real estate world, in addition to growing her interior decorating business. Katie finds immense joy in helping her clients discover the aesthetic potential in their homes and crafting spaces that become a true extension of who they are.
